The photos in this section will begin appearing 2025. They include prominent features of Israel’s landscape (mountains, valleys, deserts, water sources, etc.), along with background notes that provide context when it helps to understand the land better.
*Northern Israel covers the Galilee from Dan in the north to Jezreel in the south. It also covers Mount Mount Hermon, Mount Carmel, and the Golan Heights.
*Central Israel covers the central mountain range from Samaria in the north to Hebron in the south. It also covers the Judean Shephelah and the Coastal Plain.
*Southern Israel covers the Negev from Beersheba in the north to Kadesh Barnea in the south. It also covers the Lower Jordan Valley and the Aravah to Elath.
